Professional Members are recognized and promoted for their dedication to improving the quality of life for others through proactive professional service. Professional members are able to network with other professionals in all areas of the health and exercise sciences and utilize resources in order to enhance their service capabilities.
Qualifications: Individuals who have earned a bachelor's, master's or doctoral degree at an accredited institution in a field related to the health and exercise sciences; or have earned a minimum of a bachelor's degree, in another area of study, but who specializes as a health professionals.

NHESA’s Health Promotion in Action 2020 initiative is in direct support of the United States Government’s Healthy People 2020 initiative.
