Recognized experts in the field of Lifestyle Medicine, nutrition, wellness coaching and health promotion will facilitate this highly interactive and patient-centered activity. This one-day course will consist of lectures that will define and establish the need for incorporating lifestyle medicine into physicians' practices. Participants will also benefit from question and answer sessions, self-appraisal of personal lifestyle choices, and surveys to demonstrate changes in knowledge, skills, attitudes and behaviors in clinical practice.
